Rates - Wedding

$1000 for 8 hours for Outdoor Cottage Venue
$100 /each additional hour
Outdoor Venue includes all outdoor areas surrounding cottage and access to indoor restroom & refrigerator.

$1500 for 8 hours for Indoor & Outdoor Cottage Venue
Includes outdoor grounds & access to indoor restroom, kitchen w/access to 2 refrigerators, stove & living room.


Rates - Events

$85/hour with 3 hour minimum for Outdoor Cottage Venue.
$50/each additional hour
Outdoor venue includes all outdoor areas surrounding cottage & access to indoor restroom & refrigerator.

$125/hour with 3 hour minimum for Outdoor & Indoor Cottage Venue
Includes Outdoor grounds & access to indoor restroom, kitchen w/access to 2 refrigerators and living room.


Rates - Photography & Filming Location


Photography Location:

$50 for 2 hours for Outdoors
$75 for 2 hours for Outdoors & Indoors

Filming Location:

$75/hour with 2  hour minimum for Outdoors
$50/each additional hour

$150/hour with a 2 hour minimum for Outdoors & Indoors
$100/each additional hour


Book It

To book an event at Creekside Cottage, first email us with  the date of your event. 
After availability is confirmed, to secure the venue a $300 refundable damage deposit is required as well as 50% of the Booking fee. 

The remaining 50% is due 24 hours before the event. 

The $300 deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after event if no damage has occurred to property.

Forms of payment include:  Cash, Check, Venmo or CashApp
